I wish to share with you what I feel about Archana. When I had to do it in

the Ashram or during North India Tour 2000 (5 times a day during temples

consecrations, if I don't remember wrong) I was really bored and tried to

escape or arrive late. It was long (more than 1 hour), boring and difficult

to read all these sanscrit (even if transliterated) phrases.

When I came home I felt I missed this practice, but still I thought it was

long, difficult and boring. Then one year ago (more or less) I just began

reading the Names, I felt I could be nearer to Amma and things went on by

themselves. At the beginning it was difficult, then with the aid of the

pronunciations' rules I could ameliorate my pronunciation and the

speedyness. I still do it every-day and I'm very happy. It gives me

serenity, it brings my sad thoughts away, it relieves me. Sometimes it's

still boring, a part of me just only wanted to do something else, but I read

them and then everything is better. I do it in order to say to Amma I love

Her and I want to be a better person, not letting me go down in sad

habits/thought but I can assure you that it is true it brings improvement

also in material conditions, because when I asked I got to work, and this

didn't happen with other practices.

But the most important thing is the opening of the heart I feed in doing

Archana. I'm so gratefull of having met this Archana.

Well, this is what happened to me.

In Amma's love

Prasida (carla)

Prasida-

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell me your

experience. I have ordered the Archana book and will

start doing the practice when it comes. Amma's

Blessings!
