Guest guest
There is a book called "Virtue, Success, Pleasure, and Liberation: The Four Aims of Life in the Tradition of Ancient India" where the author Alain Daneilou tries to argue (unconvincingly) in favor of female infanticide (pages 97-98). He lived in India for something like 20 years and converted to Hinduism. However, he did write a great scholarly book on the gods and goddesses of India ("The Myths and Gods of India") and very complete translation of the sex sutras ("The Complete Kama Sutra: The First Unabridged Modern Translation of the Classic Indian Text by Vatsyayana" including the Jayamangala commentary from the Sanskrit by Yashodhara and extracts from the Hindi commentary by Devadatta Shastra). ==- Jai Ma=-=- Nick
