Guest guest
I think success in a spiritual marriage depends greatly on a good match. I won't bring up the whole subject of arranged vs. choosing your mate, but finding someone on the same path and doing the same sadhana makes a big difference. Two bhaktas, for example, will be more supportive of eachother than one bhakta and one jnaana who would prefer discussions over devotional exercises. It also depends on the focus of your devotion, or should I say, the form of devotion. Two people practicing devotion to eachother (Amma does give a story of this in one of the books) obviously won't be forgetting God. Likewise, two people worshipping the same deity will be less distracted than worshipping two different forms (Vishnu form vs. a Devi form).
