Om Namah Shivaya sweet Sisters and Brothers,

Once again the preparations for Amma's blessed visit

to San Ramon are in motion. One of the many big

projects of Amma's visit during the summer

tour involves running the snack shop. In recent past,

many of Amma's

devotees traveling with Her have been responsible for

coordinating the snack

shop. This year Amma would like Her local devotees to

have more opportunity

for involvement. This will allow us to participate

more fully in Her

programs and help to lighten the load of her hard

working full-time staff!

" Amma wants to expand the seva opportunities to

include more of Her

children, and has opened new avenues for this to

happen. In doing Guru

Seva, we can continue to cleanse our hearts and minds

and open ourselves

more fully to the depths of Amma's unconditional love.

Amma requests that all of Her children support the

efforts of their local satsangs, both in

charitable activities, and especially during all tours

and retreats. She

wants more of Her children, located near each program

city, to assume more

responsibility for helping to plan and for

volunteering at programs. She

envisions a close family consisting of satsang,

centers, and all devotees

from across the country. "

- Bramachari Dayamrita Chaitanya-

Please keep me on the e-mail list for future seva opportunities. Right now I

am working days and evenings and attending to family obligations to my aged

mother on weekends. However, life will surely find me more available in the

future. I will be retiring in two to three years and one of my goals is to

do regular seva at the ashram. I am not a bay area resident, but close

enough in Modesto to drive over and help.
