A brief description re myself

Hi there

 

Firstly, I must apologise for this late reply - it's just that I only have

access to Internet during office hours, however, hopefully that will all change

very soon.

 

I am female (35 years old) with a 2yr old son. After my baby I became sluggish

and need to regain my composure.

 

I do get out of breadth when I climb stairs and get tired very quickly.

However, when I joined a YOGA class at the gym I felt energised and revigorated

after the session.

 

The reason for my joining this site is because I need more in-depth knowledge

with regards to YOGA and get more involved with it cos' the more I do it the

more I enjoy it. I don't even care about my figure anymore cos' after YOGA I

feel so good that I can breathe more easily and absolutely refreshed.
