Dharam and Christa,

I tried to rotate the sensation in every part of my body...but again the pressur

ein third eye is too strong. It almost comes to a verge of explosion..I feel as

if a force wants to escape from the third eye...i just completed my meditation

and the pressure is still intense while writing this email even my ears feel

kind of heavy....I want to know what happens if the force or that pressure is

finally able to release thru the third eye...is it something to be worried

about?

Jyoti-

I'm really not the one to be asking for advice. I would definately

listen to anything Dharam says over what I tell you.

The only thing I can tell you is that I had read somewhere an analogy

for the pressure in the 3rd eye (I forget where I read it though).

Basically when the 3rd eye starts to open you feel the pressure. You

can liken this pressure to a hardening of the 3rd eye. The pressure

will increase until it gets so hard, that it 'breaks' the barrier. At

which point, the 3rd eye is 'open'.

I'm not sure how accurate that analogy is. But between that, and the

responses that I received from other list members, I have concluded

that it's nothing to worry about. Rather a side-effect of the chakra

opening.

I hope this will at least ease your fears/concerns a bit until

someone more experienced can respond.

Have you tried just very lightly focusing your attention on the third eye point

and eyes, feeling the energy there in a subtle way. If you do that it will

probably be followed by some rapid eye movement and/or some heaviness and/or

some aching, but just relax with it and breathe Then the 3rd eyepoint should

open and you will feel a kind of connection to infinity, a sort of beaming.
