Guest guest Posted May 31, 2005 Report Share Posted May 31, 2005 I would like to refer the basics on which world is based upon as per ancient writings.........Prakruti and Purusha.........Prakruti is feminene indication......Purusha is men...both are incomplete unless other exists......without purusha prakruti is useless and without prakruti purusha....... being Women is a certain natural quality which certain souls prefer to be ......and men have a certain natural qualities which some souls choose..... Unless there is material attraction the generation of mindkind is impossible ....and therefore nature has created the natural attraction inbetween both. As for as yogic progress is concerned the attraction has to be lifted from material to spiritual..... and here the game of attraction begins.....like a pull and push between them....The yogi tries to uplift the point of attration from material world to spiritual world .....and one out of many material attractions is women ........and is by nature.Unless the true ananda(turiyavastha) is achieved in the dhyana.....the womenly attraction can not be overcome. Thats the natural behavior of man to blame others to satisfy the ahankara(ego)...... and they say women is the doorway to hell. I disagree the statement for saying women is the gate of hell..........
