SAT NAM!

I was going to try to describe in plain text the Mahasirs (Big Head) Mudra

to use for headaches, but I found a web page complete with visual aids for

hand mudras! WONDERFUL!

http://www.spiritproject.com/medicus/mudras/

Scroll down a little for the table listing, and then mouseover the names of

the mudras to get a pop-up image of it!

Have fun with them!

Hi Elle

If you look at our own site - kundalini yoga you will find a

section on mudras complete with pictures too! In fact you will find all the

basics there for Kundalini Yoga!

Sat Nam!

This is a great page for mudras! Thanks for reminding us about it, Gordon. I

swear by them, they really work for me.

It is said that the tips of the fingers and other points in the hands/palms

correspond to more areas of the brain than any other part of the body.

Throughout the day you can refresh your brain by just stroking your thumb

along the fingertips of the opposite hand.
