Dear Jacqui, thanks for replying to my request on Great Zimbabwe. I wonder

if you read the article I mentioned in my earlier message. I found the

connection to kundalini intriguing, and was wondering if it makes sense to

people who have been into kundalini longer than I.

http://www.mbira.org/ is the site for the music I am studying. It is

old, no doubt. How old I don't know. The Adi Mantra is what we use to

tune in. In addition, we read from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Again we

relate to the spirit of the past saints and sages as alive in the here

and now. The consciousness is very alive and breathing as what these

great beings did and how they lived is eternal.

I live in Massachusetts in the USA (a rather temporal place)
