Hi everyone *s*, i was wondering if anyone has a similar

feeling of the third eye as i do. I feel it all the time,

even more when I say my mantra (during all hours that i'm

awake, at least i try! *s). At first, when my kundalini

arose, it was very strong, but now I like it because it

feels like it's not letting any thoughts come in, i just

feel peace and calmness, it's wonderful. If the pull gets

too strong i visualize of bringing it down my other

chakras, and it works, then the energy again returns to my

third eye, it just wants to stay there. This is all during

active meditation (i call this when my body is active),

and also while sitting down.

My question is, should i let the energy rest at my third

eye always?

It is good to have the awareness of the third eye at all times, but not to

have all your energy there. Your next step could be to develop a

relationship between your third eye and your navel center, which is the

third eye of the body. You need a connection between the two at all times.

Start listening to and following your intuition. Also feel the sensations in

your body as an intregal part of your intuition. When both work together to

guide you, you will have mastered the next step.

Sat Nam,

Wow! I didn't know that the navel center was the third eye of the body! That

is amazing. I have an earache in my left ear - of course it might just be an

ear infection and I will go to the doctor but could it be a sign of

something else?

Dear Gururattan,

Where can I find more info about the third eye being the entire body?? Or

are you saying that the navel point acts as a third eye?? Either way, would

you kindly explain a bit more. I would appreciate it.

Many thanks.

Sat Nam,

Thank you very much! This is most interesting! Is this the reason why

when people experience an OBE, they sometimes feel as those the spirit is

expanding via the navel, and sometimes via the brow chakra or crown?

Sat Nam Gururattan,

I wrote to you a couple of weeks ago about a possible problem with my

throat chakra. I do not expect you to post this, but just wanted to let you

know what is happening. When I wrote two weeks ago, I explained that my

throat had felt very strange and painful, but not like a sore throat. I had

to go and have xrays taken. I believe that is the point at which I wrote to

you, asking if perhaps it was Shakti, trying to blow out the throat chakra.

Two and a half years ago I had experienced a Spontaneous Awakening at a

Native American spiritual retreat, in which I had experienced a very painful

and frightening convulsion/spasm type of blow out of the solar plexus. This

was before I had ever heard of Kundalini. Then last September, I started

experiencing many heart problems and went through many cardiac tests with no

satisfactory result. Just so you know I am not a hypochondriac, two weeks ago

was the first time I had been back to the doctors since the heart thing, as I

am basically healthy. A couple of weeks after the heart doctors I went into

my bathroom one day and there was a snake in the bathtub! I live in Houston,

so this is not a common problem! But it reminded me on Kundalini, and so I

pulled my books and Shakti in the heart chakra can sometimes appear as heart

problems, and I believe that is what it was. That is why I was suspicious

when the throat was strange. In addition, for the past few months, my throat

chakra had appeared a keep muddy rusty red, although I had been ignoring

this, as my husband was undergoing some surgery, and that was priority. So

when they read the xray, they found a spot that they called a nodule on the

windpipe. They compared this to an old xray, and the spot was not in the old

xray. Therefore they ordered a cat scan, that I took this Monday. What was

strange is, over the weekend I was again checking my throat chakra in the

mirror, and it had changed to a "vibrant" light red (not murky or dark at

all) and yellow. Now this is very strange to me. I have never seen a chakra

coloured the "wrong" colour" except dark murky red and brown as in sick. I

check on the internet but could find nothing that said anything about a

throat chakra that thinks it is a solar plexus or sacral or root chakra.

Then yesterday, I get the result of the cat scans and 'There is Now Nothing

There". Absolutely nothing! They did two cat scans, one with iodine and one

without! The doctors are totally baffled, as they can not imagine how this

nodule could disappear, but I am again wondering if Shakti is becoming active

or up to her tricks.

Sorry this is so long, I really just wanted to tell you the story, as I

feel as though I have received a reprieve from a death sentence, but I also

feel there is more to this story that is readily understandable. Thank you

for listening!

If I may interject...

The navel point is the first psychic center of the body. That's how we were

sustained totally for the first nine months of our existence. Now that

we are out I like to think of the 3rd eye as the flower of the Lotus plant

floating on the water ("above it all" or spiritual) and the navel point

as being the roots down on in the bottom (where all the mud and muck is or

temporal)

You have to have both.

That is amazing.

Your experiences after tuning into it will be even more amazing. This could

change your whole life.

Everything always has multiple meanings. Ears are the throat chakra.

Listen for the comic sound. (And go to the doctor)

Dear Samantha, Ardas Kaur,

Or are you saying that the navel point acts as a third eye??

Yes. It is sensory related to the body intuitive. All our physical

sensations give us information. The navel center can be the center for

processing and communicating this information. Tune into this and practice

cultivating this sense and you will know.

I don't have anything written on this. Just information I have gathered

over time between KY and martial arts. Also YB did say this at some time.

Someone might uncover the quote.

I cover the relationship between the navel and the heart in my book

Transitions to a Heart Centered World. Basically YB has taught us that we

need a strong navel center and lower triangle or lower 3 chakras to open and

stay in the heart. That book has all the sets we could gather that help in

this process. Our goal is for the navel, third eye and heart to all operate

as one system.

Thank you so much Mark,

Thank you for your information to me. I really was looking for some kind

of validation that this does happen! My Kundalini books often speak of the

Kundalini's ability to tear flesh, etc., so I thought this might be a

possibility. Having done the "right thing", and actually gone to a regular

medical doctor, I feel it is now possible to actually follow up on the

possibility of a chakra cleansing, due to Shakti. Thank you very much for

responding.

It is my experience with natural healing processes in general, and yoga and

meditation in particular, that old emotions and other kinds of

inflammation held in the body will surface on their way out, creating a

temporary problem that appears as an illness but is actually something on

its way out. It is also not uncommon that different kinds of inflammation have

nothing to do with the physical body but more to do with the energy

or etheric body. As a result medical doctors become confounded because they

don't work with this "secondary system."

Dear Gururattan,

It is so true about being grounded and having a strong, balanced navel

center, lower triangle. The more grounded you are the higher you can go,

so to speak.

I also understand that the lower 3 charkas translate and relate to the upper

3 charkas having the heart as the bridge. (Am I clear here??)

A healing teacher of mine once told the story about the pyramids. In short,

everyone wanted and could not wait to get to the King's Chambers, bypassing

the Queen's. They thought it more important, the King's Chambers that is.

Well, when they got there the energy was sooooooo high it drove them crazy,

mad. The lesson was to first visit the Queen's Chambers, aligning and

balancing yourself so that you could go up to the King's Chambers. I guess

you could use this as a metaphor with KY.

It is always good to hear from you.

Blessings,

Samantha

Sat Nam,

Thank you Dharam Singh and Gururattan for your insights(I am going to listen

more to my inner self and the cosmic sound). I went to the doctor today and

got some antibiotics. But what is weird is that ok, the earache and then,

right before I read the post on the navel center being the third eye of the

body, I was meditating and got muscle spasms in my solar plexus! I had to

stop meditating because I thought there was something wrong with me. Then I

find this huge water bug and a big spider in my bedroom(ick, yuk). I can't

stand bugs and I tend to think they are bad signs. So I stayed up for a bit

getting rid of them and spraying the area(I just now read the post on the

snake in the bathtub!). And, my Gram passed earlier this year and her

birthday is today. So, this is kind of indulgent but do you think that

stress created a hole in my awareness and the bugs were a part of that,

symbolizing resistance? Does this make sense?

Dear Lightworker,

Thank your for sharing your story. Miracles happen. And as Seva Simran

Singh said it is another dimension of reality.

Is this the reason why when people experience an OBE, they sometimes feel

as those the spirit is

> expanding via the navel, and sometimes via the brow chakra or crown?

Probably. Yogi Bhajan taught us once to leave the body while alive through

the navel for a trip during relaxation.

When you are ready to leave for good, please exist from the crown. you have

a better chance of being liberated.

They do. And there are different interpretations as to how they correspond.

Yes and the universe is a strange and interesting place. You could also

make up other interpretations. Pick on that works for you, make you happy

and moves you forward on your path.
