As I indicated to Gordon in my reply to his personal post, my intention in the original message was not to cause alarm, and I apologise to those whom I offended by its abruptness. I did not write to spread trouble, as I believe in the good which I have seen so far on this list. It was simply a message of genuine concern, as I have had a couple of close brushes with cults. In hindsight, I should certainly have phrased the post more as a question to ask for feedback from those who have experience of 3HO. I tend to be more cautious now than in the past, but I don't want to be a cynic. So please, no more attacks, because that was not my intention. But do tell me what you know to be true. I interpreted your post as posing a genuine question, and certainly a valid one. I didn't feel you were attacking Kundalini Yoga.
