Guest guest Posted April 4, 2006 Report Share Posted April 4, 2006 Kumbhabhisekam of Lord Muruga peformed Palani (TN), April 3 (PTI): Thousands of devotees offered obeisance at the Sri Dhandayuthapaniswamy temple, the third abode of Lord Muruga, during the consecration ceremony performed amidst chanting of Vedic and Tamil hymns. The 'Mahakumbhishekam' was performed for the sanctum sanctorum, main golden tower, and the towers of the sub-temple simultaneously.
