Noon tommorow(in case of calling me by mobile or 5PM Today in case of email), as

i have to make arrangements for van. If in case some of you are ready to come by

own mode of transport, please let me know, so that if possible someone can be

pickedup. This would avoid the need of booking a van. we will have a few

meeting points, enroute west mambalam to Venkadu. 1) The first point would

be in front of ayodhya madapam in west mambalam betweeen 6.50 AM and 7.00 AM.

2) The second meeting point would be vadapalani venkeeswarar temple., between

6.10 to 7.15 3) Bust Stand Opposite to Avichi School 7.20 to 7.25 4) The

third point would be in front of the sivan temple(I think it is agastheeswarar

temple,

virugambakkam, on arcot road). 7.35-7.40 5) Porur Junction. If you travel a

little further from the porur junction, you will find a big arch of a temple on

the left side. Near that point i will be there between 7.55 and 8.00 AM 6)

Will be reaching Kundrathur around 7.25 AM. The pick up point at kundrathur

would be the road adjoining the bus stand We will have the breakfast at

Which of points mentioned above you will be joining so that we can plan

accordingly. If in case no one is there for a given point, we will skip that.

If in case you would like to suggest some more points for meeting please let

me know, so that we can decide. The following is the agenda. a) Temple

Cleaning activity

b) Attempt to retrieve the amman statue from the temple tank. c) Address to the

villagers, about the future activities like 108Pal Kudam , Thiruvilaku pooja/

Annadanam/Medical Camp.(This would be the plan for next month or the subsequent

month. d) Distribution and teaching of sivapuranama e) To start a youth

movement in the village. f) Talk to the villagers and address their

grievances. g) Try to know about the history of the temple from the old people

in the village h) Visit few more ancient and dilipated temples enroute.
