The Timing Coach Recommendations: New Moon Chart

"This annual chart for 2006 is a very difficult chart presenting

with a major focus of war and continued earth disasters. We will see

this more as Mars moves towards its conjunction with Saturn in June.

The best thing we can do as individuals is to practice positive

thinking and meditation. Be conservative in spending, and set

something aside for unforeseen difficulties."

Every year in Vedic Astrology we construct an annual "New Moon" chart

for the New Year (Vedic New Year Chart). This chart occurs when the

moon is new in the sign of Pisces when the sun is also in Pisces.

Astrologers using the Vedic system (Jyotish) refer to this annual

horoscope to aid them in charting future trends regarding mundane or

world affairs.

The chart is constructed using the capital of a country or state for

location. Then, it is compared or superimposed upon the chart of the

nation when known. The United States chart of origin is in question.

Many astrologers use a Sagittarius rising chart; others use Scorpio

rising. Some use when the United States Declaration of Independence

was signed on July 4th 1776 (2 people signed). Others use July 2nd

1776 when the decision to declare independence occurred. (Many people

signed it on August 2nd and the last person signed it about 5 years

later!)

Sometimes this annual chart looks progressive, hopeful, and exciting.

Other times, this chart holds much challenge. When we look at March's

annual chart for Washington D.C., we find some hopefulness. We also

find much heaviness. The New Moon chart for 2006 contains a total

eclipse of the Sun.

The Sun, Moon and North Node (Rahu) all fall in Pisces. The Sun and

Moon will be 14 degrees in the Constellation or Nakshatra of Uttara

Bhadrapada. (More about Nakshatras next month.) Rahu will be 10

degrees. Saturn will also be 10 degrees increasing the challenging

potential.

March 2006

This annual chart for 2006 is a very difficult chart presenting with

a major focus of war and continued earth disasters. We will see this

more as Mars moves towards its conjunction with Saturn in June.

The best thing we can do as individuals is to practice positive

thinking and meditation. Be conservative in spending, and set

something aside for unforeseen difficulties. Be prepared (by the way

this month is the 90th anniversary of the formation of the Girl

Scouts). Have a family connection plan.

Say something nice to yourself every night before you go to sleep.

When you wake up, visualize the world going through a smooth

transition.

Wishing you all a fortunate year!
