Guest guest Posted December 11, 2005 Report Share Posted December 11, 2005 I have a question - Despite the debunking of Aryan Invasion/Migration theory by modern scholars in lights of archeological discoveries and plethora of publications - books as well as articles everywhere, why is that in India, the text books are still teaching Aryan theory as a fact. I have seen NCERT books but there are other publication as well. Does anone know whether all the other publications followed in private schools also teach Aryan invasion theory. I had heard that previous govt had done some modifications but new govt. restored those back after coming to power. Could someone provide some info. in this area. thanks in advance.
