Germany needs Cosmic Constitution as Basic Law shows severe

deficiencies

GlobalGoodNews Report - In a recent press conference, Dr. Emanuel

Schiffgens of Maharishi World Peace Trust Germany pointed out

serious defeciencies and weaknesses of the German Basic Law and

demanded a 'Cosmic Constitution' for Germany. Dr. Schiffgens said

that the last weeks have clearly demonstrated that the German Basic

Law is not capable of creating an integrated collective

consciousness.

 

Dr. Schiffgens said, 'The German Nation and the German Parliament

are both divided and we have the alarming situation that the

government of Germany may be controlled in the future by foreign

powers whose intentions are totally opposed to the declared

dedication to world peace of the German Nation which is inscribed in

the German Basic Law—and the German Basic Law can not prevent it.'

 

He said that the time of the Basic Law as guarantor of freedom and

self-determination seems to be over. He also pointed out that the

German Basic Law had been designed with only a limited period of

validity. It is stated in Article 146 that the Basic Law will lose

its validity on that date when it will be replaced by a

constitutuion that will be accepted by the German people in a free

decision.

 

'The time has now come for a German Constitution,' Dr. Emanuel

Schiffgens declared, 'and this constitution should be accepted by us

Germans in absolute freedom. Germany must not be the football of the

interests of war-waging nations, and must not be a slave to foreign

powers—Germany has to become completely free and invincible.'

 

In quantum physics, the state of invincibility of coherent systems

is known as the Meissner-Effect. According to Maharishi's Supreme

Political Science, which is based on the oldest tradition of

knowledge of mankind—the Veda, coherence in collective consiousness

can easily br created by big groups of experts, who master

Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying.

 

Dr. Emanuel Schiffgens proposes the establishment of an

International University of World Peace in Germany, that will be

teaching Maharishi's Vedic Science and Technology and Maharishi's

Supreme Political Science to enliven the Cosmic Constitution in

German Consciousness.

 

Dr. Schiffgens has invited 2400 Vedic Pandits from India to come to

Germany and enliven the Cosmic Constitution - the Constitution of

the Universe - through Vedic Recitations and perform Vedic Yagyas in

Germany with the purpose of creating an integrated and invinicible

national consciousness in Germany.

 

Dr. Schiffgens asked the media to support this national project and

inform the whole nation about it: The university should be supported

and sustained by Germans who do not want to be a slave to foreign

powers, but free Germans who love their fatherland and want to see

it invincible. The charitable Maharishi World Peace Trust of Germany

invites all levels of Government and adminstration, all foundations

which serve science, freedom, and peace, and all philoanthropists in

Germany who want to promote German culture, to capitalize this

university.

 

Maharishi World Peace Trust of Germany has already started in the

last days in cooperation with other charitable foundations of Europe

in 25 traditional cultural regions of Germany with the construction

of a campus for 200 students. The nationwide enlivenment of the

eternal cosmic constitution which is not made by man shall

successfully overcome the deficiencies, short comings, and failings

of the provisional Basic Law which had been made by our fathers.,

Dr. Schiffgens announced.

 

Then the German Government will have the same creative intelligence

at its disposal that is found in Natural Law which governs the

infinite diversity of the ever-expanding galactic universe with

perfect harmony, without any mistake, and without any problem—and

not break down or fail in its its task to unify the German Nation

and avert any danger before it arises.
