Dear Friend,

Sorry 2 hear of yr problem. Sympathies, good thoughts n prayers 4

healing are with you. At 28, there is full life and future ahead of you

that can bring marvellous adventures, bright prospects, success and

happiness.

Don't despair. Don't lose hope.

Depression can be triggered by external happenings. Some examples are:

1) not being able to find good job,

2) under pressure by family

3) not permitted to marry girl you love.

What has life denied you? What is yr unfulfilled desire? What are yr

priorities?

Reason 4 asking above questions is bcos there is something

called "Cognitive Therapy". I heard this has potential to help people

heal their thoughts and themselves. U can find info about this online

search engine.

Its hard 2 advice about depression bcos no two cases are similar. There

r many types & levels of depression. There r also many "Depressive

Profiles" & personality types.

Friend, I truly feel for u & hope u will see a doctor who can refer u

to psychologist or psychiatrist 4 assessment of yr condition. If u

live in Western country, I heard most psychologists are also

psychiatrists. There r also psychoanalysts n other specialists.

Pls don't be ashamed of depressive condition. Maybe u can seek services

of a cousellor. Only yr doctor or specialist will be able to assess and

prescribe correct medicine 4 u.

Best is always natural medicine like St. John's Wort. Make Google

search about this herb. Its well known to help relieve depression.

Whether pain is curable or uncurable depends on you alone. Somebody

told me: "Time heals all wounds".

Lord Ganesha removes obstacles from yr path. Pray 2 him 4 guidance.

Heramba Ganesha is known for healing. (Lenji and other buddies here

know more about Heramba Ganesha. Pls ask them when they come back

online.)

Meantime, other buddies here can also give you better advice.

By Grace of Lord Ganesha, May Happy Life Be Yours Forever.
