At 28, there is full life and future ahead of you that can bring marvellous adventures, bright prospects, success and happiness. Don't despair. Don't lose hope. Depression can be triggered by external happenings. Some examples are: 1) not being able to find good job, 2) under pressure by family 3) not permitted to marry girl you love. What has life denied you? What is yr unfulfilled desire? What are yr priorities? Reason 4 asking above questions is bcos there is something called "Cognitive Therapy". I heard this has potential to help people heal their thoughts and themselves. U can find info about this online search engine. Its hard 2 advice about depression bcos no two cases are similar. There r many types & levels of depression. There r also many "Depressive Profiles" & personality types. Friend, I truly feel for u & hope u will see a doctor who can refer u to psychologist or psychiatrist 4 assessment of yr condition. If u live in Western country, I heard most psychologists are also psychiatrists. There r also psychoanalysts n other specialists. Pls don't be ashamed of depressive condition. Maybe u can seek services of a cousellor. Only yr doctor or specialist will be able to assess and prescribe correct medicine 4 u. Best is always natural medicine like St. John's Wort. Make Google search about this herb. Its well known to help relieve depression. Whether pain is curable or uncurable depends on you alone. Somebody told me: "Time heals all wounds".
