I often feel lots of pain within me but keep pretending to others as if i'm happy. The remedy for this unfortunately is something that life has denied me. In short, an unfulfilled desire brought me to this state. I know that I maybe advised to pray to Lord Ganesha, but I feel that this pain is incurable. Am I wrong?
