Guest guest
ok.. i will give it a try .. no mention of books, sastras or puranas.. "stories" or 'myths" or "parables" in religions are ways in which God illustrate a splice of truth by using daily elements that r familiar to the common folks. not everyone is theologian or a philosophy and the same be true that not anyone is a scientists or an engineer.. but God is intended for all, therefore these "myths" or "stories" or "parables" may appear to be very simplistic sometimes. There is only one God, just like there is only Rajat, but there is a "son" Rajat, a "friend" Rajat, a "husband" Rajat, a co- worker "Rajat" and "a cool father" Rajat .. yet there is only one Rajat .. but all these "different" Rajats perform different task.. when u r with your son, u act and perform different duties and u furfill different obligations and etc.. In Hinduism, the "love" God is Lord Krishna, the "obstacle-removing" God is Ganesha and blah blah .. yet only ONE GOD Lord Narayana never lost Goddess Lakshmi in the real sense... since there is only one God, but in the story in a particular purana, it is to illustate to us human beings that Lord Narayana/ Vishnu (which embodied immense potential and power) would be nothing without Goddess Lakshmi who embodies action and fulfillment. I mean.. if one would sit on a chair the whole day, with a pair of strong arms, and all the knowledge in the world to build a palace, but does nothing.. the palace will not come to existance. ciao, tang , "Neha & Rajat" <younghornycpl> wrote: > RESPECTED FRIEND, > > Well can you please guide me what GODDES LAKSHMI & ABUNDANCE mean. i > mean keep whatever any book or shastras say , just beleive your heart > & brain & then respond if you want to , but remember did ever in > reality L;ORD NARAYAN "lost" LAKSHMI (or vice versa). are they > different from one anoher? or they just faces of same coin? > regards > JAI AMBEY MAHAKALI SHREE KAAL BHAIRAVAYA NAMAH, > rajat > > , "tangchikhay" <tangchikhay> > wrote: > > To Primas.. u don't have to answer me if u don't to .. but did your > > wish has something to do with wealth or spiritual abundance or > > obtaining a certain knowledge?
