Guest guest
Namaste Barbara!! Grrrreat to see you here! Warmest welcome dearest lady and hope you'll drop by whenever you have time. Thanks for your kindly compliments regarding this page (its our co-founder "Yogi" who put all this together, bless him). Pretty sure there's something in English, only we have to try and find it. Still searching over here.. Found the Telegu translation and thought our friends from South India may like it. Lord Ganesh murtis are abundant in various materials such as cloth, ceramic, brass, copper, bronze, all sorts of metals, clay, arka wood that is the embodiment of Ganesh Himself, hand-drawn pictures, printed pictures, paintings, etc. etc. Would think the artist of the picture you saw, must have meant bilva leaves (looks like bilva to me too). [Anyone here wishes to add to the above? Would be lovely to hear all.] Jai Shree Ganeshaya Namah Sy , "Barbara J. Spencer" <barbjs@s...> wrote: > It's a nice page. Too bad it is not in English, also. Guest guest
Hi, I have two Ganeshas carved from wood (one I believe is sami wood from Java), one brass Ganesh sitting on a couch, two smaller wooden Ganeshas and one tiny brass one, but I liked the drawing best. Is it possible to download it and have it printed for my own use (not to sell)? - syzenith Saturday, November 22, 2003 1:59 PM Ganesh Stotras In Telugu Namaste Barbara!!Grrrreat to see you here!
