I will attempt the recipes you posted(trial run 1st) if I am successful I will prepare them again for my local temple's Pongal Festival...The Hanuman site is wonderful I have sent it on to several friends Thanks so much for sharing !!! When you do try to make these items, let me know how they turn out! I kind of created the recipe of sambar.. it is hard to write Indian recipies due to spice content being different tollerancy for each person. I am just curious, do you know the meaning of your name?
