Start date for Sadguru Naama Japa, in connection with Sri Swamiji's 64th Birthday]

Many of you should have already seen/read the email on the Sadguru Naama

Japa Yagna, in connection with the 64th birthday of Sri Sadguru Deva, on

May 26, 2006. As stated the goal is to chant the Mantra, "Sri Ganapathi

Sachchidananda Sadgurubhyo Namaha", 64 lakh times (6.4 million times),

in 64 days, for the 64th Birthday of Pujya Sri Swamiji.

 

The start date for the Japa is Wednesday, March 22, 2006. The sankalpam

written in the earlier email (appended here also...below), is also

written for this Wednesday. Starting on the 22nd, the 64th day will be

May 24, 2006. This will give us a day to prepare a report of all the

devotee participants with their counts, and make it available for

submitting to the Holy Lotus Feet of Sri Sadguru Deva, in the morning

of May 26th (Indian time), in Mysore.

 

Please note that if you can not chant the following Sankalpam, you can

mentally pray to Sri Swamiji and start the Japa.
