Guest guest
fine arts. As I am glad to have somebody taking pains(there may be only pleasure, but is there a difference in Swamiji's service?) to spend more time on explaining that the JGD was done NOT on laziness.Let me surmise that.A rose by any other name, still smells good. But when we go to the flourist,we dont ask her to give GeeMeeAar.she may understand and we may feel quite pleased that we have found a reception to our novel idea, since it said that A rose by any other name still smells good. But does not it sound rather funny? Typing JGD is like finding a quicker way of sending the thought across. We need this quickness,in this present day world. The world of fastfood, fast cars and fast marriage and fast divorce. But if you ask me,my experience is,(Swamiji always says,"Your experience,Your own experience") that spending the delicious moments of pressing J A I G U R U D A T T A is another way of saving the time, otherwise spent in this fast world. As for the A.Japa ,I am thankful for the suggestion. That honey is collected by this bee,and this lil bee thanks the flower. ( A Rose?) Regarding the attorney's plea (!) :-)) coming to the defence of the kids,who....(Please note the dots n place of theactual sentence,I dont want to spend my time in typing that sentence as we both know it already. We all know Jai Guru Datta too) Swamiji further says,"Why name him SAthyanaaraayanaa, when you call him Sathy? (Can be named Sathy itself.)He was talking about the benefits one gets when saying the full name, and that too of Gods and Goddesses, for these names have hidden Bheejaaksharaas.)Maybe thats the reason some western names are changed. This is only the beginning.Later on we climb up a little and find that "Alarkan" ((In my mind that voice... Alarka Varma Naamadhesisye...something like that...(The voice of that Purohit at that Royal Palace,in That naming ceremony..)) is also a good name. Finally,I must thank the fellow devotee,(Or wish to be called fellow student?..Some family members say Appaaji, our dearest Prasad says Appaaji. Some say Swamiji. The idea is what comes out of the depths...at that moment. I once heard a turbaned Krishnaji, calling out, "Prabho", I think that goes for a royal servant to call his King. Thanks for this wonderful time. Thanks for making me spend this time in this site. Thanks for this Satsang.Otherwise this time mayhave been "SPent" on other worldy things. Now all these time is "saved".
