Sorry for a very late reply on the bove subject. The postings you do are also

one more form of Social service only, though not directly but through the

Sadguru Seva. It may not be possible to please everyone in every way and what

people expect to know varies from their own perception. It is better if they

come out openly as is the case with many people openly asking questions about

bajans, sookthi, pooja and other details.

It is a group activity aimed at bringing different people with different mind,

diferent knowledge all to be united at the lotus feet of our Sadguru who is

governing all the happenings.

I feel the work what ever you are doing should not stop. This is also one more

way of testing by our beloved Sadguru on determination what can be called as

"Shraddha".

I remember what our gurudeva told during his visit at Chennai recently:

"The "vairagya" or determination should come to people when in abundance and

not because it cannot be had - for example to say I donot want this even when it

is available and not because it cannot be had or the afordability for it is not

there.

Lets be in Sadguruseva in what ever small way possible.

that's why I discussed with two Indian fellow devotees in the US about it per

email and came to the following conclusion/sent the following mail to

Prasad/Mysore Ashrama regarding my seva of posting. see below.

I have come to the following conclusion:

 

as for Ramana Maharshi, Yogananda etc: will post every now and then, only to

people whom I know to relish these posts.not to the lists any more, as even on

dattavani there was every now and then an outcry of confusion about other Guru's

teachings, despite the truth of Sree Guru Shiva Eva Namaha.

 

as for Sooktis from Bhaktimala, Drops of Nectar etc that are already on

dattapeetham.com: will post the links to dattavani every now and then, but only

in case I should feel like it.

I will not feel obliged to post to dattavani at all.

 

to jaigurudatta: will post Sooktis, Drops of nectar from Bhaktimala, teachings

from Sri Swamiji books that are not yet on dattapeetham.com or sadguruseva.org

according to my knowledge.

will also sometimes post short sayings from Sri Swamiji calendars or from even

dattapeetham.com or dycusa.org ( although these are already on the website ) to

jaigurudatta.
