which stage is from what age to which age approximately?

the second stage starts with marriage? (for those who do marry, and for

singles it commences with starting one´s professional life after concluding

one´s

studies/professional training?

the third stage commences when children are of age and/or have left their

parents house?

and for singles with their retirement?

but not all people retire from their jobs at the same age, some already at

the age of fourty or fifty especially due to illness or unemployment, and some

,e.g, self-employed ones, work till well past sixty or even seventy...

and also as for children, some move out from their parents' place during

their teens, and others still live with their parents well after the age of

fourty...

and the fourth stage?

after all, not all people do reach the same age....

In my opinion, most of us, we don´t reach the fourth stage, as already in the

first we fail to concentrate on exams and proper exam preparation, in the

second we fail to concentrate on our Grihastha duties, and especially in the

third stage: in old age even if we should have overcome attraction, we fail to

overcome obligation, fail to practise non-attachment towards our then grown-up

children, and grand-children if any, non-attachment towards stock market and

other money and business related affairs, giving up all gossipping and idle

talk, idle pastime like certain tv films, withdrawing from social life

obligations

and having only detached friends, reading only Vedanta in old age, etc

discussion is not allowed on jaigurudatta, but it is maybe worth pondering

on...
