Guest guest
Sastanga Namaskarams to Sri Sri Sri Ganapathi Sachchidananda Swamiji Jaya Guru Datta!!! Dear Devotees, UDAYAM BRAHMA SWARUPAM MADHYAHNANTU MAHESHWARAM SAAYANKAALE SWAYAMVISHNUH TRIMURTISTU DIVAAKARAH This sloka explains about Surya. In the morning He is Brahma,in the afternoon He is Shiva and in the evening He is Vishnu. If you worship the Sun at these times you can get the effect of worshipping Brahma,Vishnu and Siva, the trinity. Radha Saptami is a very important day for Surya worship. That day Parama Pujya Sri Swamiji always does Surya Puja. Surya is the first planet to be worshipped during Navagraha Puja. When you worship Lord Surya,He will give you very good health and help to control the senses. Sri Lord Hanuman learned Vedas and Sastras from Surya because He can travel at the same speed as Surya. All Rishis and Holy Masters take bath before sunrise and perform Arghya Pradanam(offering water). All Vedic Priests and Brahmans do worship Sandhyavandanam three times a day. This Wednesday I am going to worship Surya with Yajurvedic Mantras called ARUNAM. These Mantras are very powerful. They are good to chant on Radha Saptami day. I remember on our Temple Prana Pratistha day,in 1997,I chanted Aruna Mantras in front of Sri Swamiji. It is a day that I will always remember as very auspicious in my life. Whoever has health problems should send me those details of ill health to me by tomorrow evening by E-maill at : dattatemple. I will pray for you when I perform this Puja. With Sri Swamiji's grace everybody is going to have good health and wealth and prosperous life. HAPPY RADHA SAPTAMI!!! Always in Seva of Parama Pujya Sri Swamiji, NPS Sankaramanchi Priest Datta Kshetra,Baton Rouge,LA Sri Guru Datta!!!
