Guest guest
Does anyone know on which CD/tape this Bhajan Guru Ke Samaan Nahi can be found? JGD "Sri Swamiji's discourse in Laguna Hills 18 July 2003 - 7 PM As Sri Swamiji walks to the stage, Swami Manasa is singing "Guru Ke Samaan Nahi". Sri Swamiji speaks "This Bhajan is a unique one. One of the line says "Kheliye Maidan Me, Man Ko Vishaal Kije". Open your heart. Not physically. But mentally. Don't cover your heart and strain it. Look around. Enjoy this beautiful creation. Why are you jealous and in doubt. You cannot question others. Open your heart and play in this big ground. Choose your game. Cricket, base ball, sleep, walking. Whatever you like. The world is big field. Like ocean. You can even swim. When you control breath, you automatically float. When you do Pranayama, you will float in this mad world. Kaama problem, Karma problems. We create most of the problems. We don't know this. We create problems again and again. You are a child and you don't know it. Many don't know how to play in this field. That is why we pray to God that he gives good knowledge, health to serve others, money to use properly and to help good causes. But in confusion we ask for lottery ticket to win. Then we ask for health and in the last we ask for Jnaana. There are four steps or chapters in our lives, Philosophy. Dharma (righteous conduct), Artha (economics), Kaama (fulfillment of desires) and Moksha (efforts for liberation), Ananda, bliss. These are to be achieved in lives. Dr. Rao collects Swamiji's lecture and analyses these speeches and spreads the message. Carry these lectures in Bhakti Maala also. Manasa Datta you too use this in your speeches. I want to give you an answer for a great secret. What are this DHARMA ARTHA, KAAMA and MOKSHA? You now know the definition of these four terms. Each person everyday does this activity of one of the categories. In fact all our life's actions can be broadly assigned to one of these four. God has given a beautiful workmanship in this life. Daily we do and observe these four. I think when we get up we follow Dharma. Some take bath, some wash their face. Some silently pray, some do Puja, Some listen to mantras or Suprabhatams. Some may go for walk; some may do Yoga and Pranayama. That is all DHARMA. Very calm, quiet and pure mind actions. The beginning hours of the day from 5 AM to 7 or 8 AM. Your mind is fresh and quiet and your mind looks for quieter activities. You may read books like bible or Bhagavad Gita. This is Dharma. Because you are seriously unto yourselves. Some might be beginners or students. It is okay. Walking also is a prayer. Sitting alone silently is also prayer. Listening to Bhajans is also prayer. We are spiritually busy in that time. You are caring your soul in that time. Everyone unknowingly follows the Dharmic activity in the morning. Then comes the ARTHA period of the day. You go about with your business and the life rotates around money-making activity. You go to bank, credit planning etc. You are busy with the earning activity. Then in the evening comes KAAMA period. Family affairs, caring the family matters, going to a movie etc. For the word KAAMA many meanings are there. But Americans only think Kaama means sex. This is only one of the attributes to that word. KAAMA means desires and wishes. After KAAMA comes MOKSHA. The sleep time. Our sense organs sleep. In my opinion sleep is a god given gift. Some people do not know what is deep sleep. My boys sleep very well. It is a great gift from Datta. They also work day and night without sleep when needed. It is a gift. I hope some people understand the amount of energy Swamiji's Parivaram in this tour is going through. Time changes, Packing and moving and always sporting a smile on their face. Change of friends. That energy is really great. Many ask them how they maintain their lives. It is true. Really it is great. Swamiji's activity is non-stop since morning. They are not spiritually accomplished but they are very energetic. Swamiji's movements may seem very ordinary or sometimes even funny. You will never understand the inner meaning. There will be some one benefiting from that act. Even silence from Swamiji has benefits intended for someone. It is a way of treatment. It is a different type of treatment. Swamiji used to talk a lot of Vedanta. Now I have stopped it. Some one intended for it benefited. You will never know. Swamiji always heals people. It is a big dispensary. Wonderful dispensary. It is Swamiji's dispensary. Swamiji is like Wal Mart. You can select what you want there. So many people come and take what they want. Never ask the management why they are keeping a certain product. It is my business. I will place the things as I want. I may keep sugar and salt next to each other. Don't complain that their proximity confuses you. You can never command Swamiji's life. Don't assume how Swamiji lives. Your concept of Swamiji is derived from your reading of Hindu comic books. Swamiji is a ancient modern Swamiji. Swamiji is now Wal Mart. Not K Mart. (People laugh). No. Swamiji is Sachchidananda Mall. (Radhanna Says K Mart is coming back). OK. Swamiji's Blessings for it also. Do Homa tomorrow in its name. One day one of my European devotee is also a great devotee of Soccer game. I don't know the names of the teams. My Prasad knows the names. One day I was looking at the list of the Sri Chakra Puja participants. It is a good method to get Swamiji's attention. I found the name of her country team in the Sri Chakra Puja list. She wanted Swamiji's Blessings for her team. She even performed Puja for Nelson Mandela when he was still in prison. She had done multiple Pujas for him. I inquired and learnt that Antje had put the name of Mandela so that he gets freedom. You believe or not believe, five days later, he was released. Some ask "Will Swamiji Bless a non devotee?" Yes. Certainly. Swamiji blesses people unknowingly. Being a devotee does not qualify for Blessings. You can sit and pray for that person. You pray for your family members. Like that you can pray for any one. Swamiji will definitely Bless them. People must observe Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. You have to follow them in the same order. On the day after Guru Purnima, Swamiji sang Bhajans in a chain manner. I will continue that chain Bhajans. Swamiji sings Dum Dum Durga, Gangadhara Shiva Ganapati Pitane, Indiresha Govinda Indu Mukha Govinda Datta Deva Deva Deva Krishnam Vishnum Sridharam Annapurna Jnaana Purna Vande Santam Hanumantam Dattam Bhaja Alandu Alandu Vaaa Vaaa Shambho Maha Deva Vande Mukundam Vande Aravindam Amba Bhavani Gam Gam Ganapati Lanka Shaankari Paalaya Maam Dattatreya Trimurti Rupa Jayalakshmi Talli Paavo Sharana Saamba Shankaraki Dattatreya Atreya Putra Maanasa Mandira Gana Gana Gana Gana Ganapati. Kodu Kodu Paalaya Govinda Shesha Chalapathy Devi Viraadrupa And many others. Kaayena Vaacha Manasendriyeirva...... Jaya Guru Datta" *********
