Dear Vrajananda prabhu,PAMHO, AGTSP!I can understand your feelings for

preserving some last vestige of the sanctity of the Krishna Consciousness

movement by allowing the murder of Srila Prabhupada to be "covered up" 'til the

end of time.If this were merely a personal matter and not an issue for the next

ten thousand years, perhaps that course would be the better one to

take.Nonethelss, we have had the destiny of joining a movement in its first

half dozen years out of then thousand. This is not an ordinary thing.I have

listed some aspects of this for your consideration:1. How can you build a world

wide religion of Daivi Varnashrama fro the next ten thousand years on a blatant

lie?2. For a comparative example; Rlight now there are dozens of books claiming

that Jesus did not die on the cross nor did he rise from the dead, but that he

escaped with Thomas to other countries with his mother Mary and Mary

Magdalen and actually is buried in Kashmir. If that is true, then all of

Christianity would be a hoax, and the salvation (mukti) awarded by Jesus death

simply would not be there. Christians instead of worshiping Jesus death, would

be worshiping his teachings such as the Sermon on the Mount. They would have no

choice. All that would be different would be the information on which he

religion would be based.3. Another example: The Da Vinci Code continues to sell

millions upon millions of copies......And why? the simple answer is that the

idea that Mary Magdalene possibly being called by Jesus the "Apostle of the

Apostle" and there being more than a dozen eye witness "gospels" in addition to

the four accepted by Emperor Constantine has rocked the Catholic faith......What

if Mary Magdalene were not a prostitute, and what if she were meant by Jesus to

head his church? Would not Peter become the Tamal Krishna of

Christianity...."bumping" Jesus choice in leadership to replace it with his own

as the "rock" on which the Catholic Church is built?4. What is Tamal is

"canonized" and all of his writing is considered to be the core of eye witness

"Gospels" of Srila Prabhupada?...supposing his diary, t(he basis for Nityananda

das' "Someone has poisoned me") were to prove three thousand years from now,

be learned to be the diary of an arsenic poisoner?....would not the faith of

those who reverently read it for thousands of years be affected by the

difference?5. Pope Julius II, (who commissioned Michaelangelo to paint the

Sistine Chapel) was a famous womanizer, homosexual, pedophile, glutton and drug

user. Eight hundred years later, we still see that the official position of the

Vatican supports the "forgiveness" of pedophiles rather than the "legal

punishment" of pedophiles.......Is this what we want For iskcon?..... that a

Cabal of extraordinarily sinful and depraved men created a subtext of

conspiracy that murdered the Founder Acharya, destroyed the Iskcon movement

from within and then went on to be canonized as saints for the next ten

thousand years?6. Srila Prabhupada is unique. We are not. What we did

(collectively) is more the rule, not the exception. If a myth is created around

Srila Prabhupada expiring gently in the comforting presence of His loving and

sweetly grieving disciples, will that not create a complete fiction surrounding

the reality of a PURE DEVOTEE OF THE LORD descending among mlecchas governed by

raw ambition and lethal intent?.....Why sugar coat the truth?....why cover up

what has happened?7. The introduction of the Direction of Management was a

"tipping point" in the early years of Iskcon. If it had been accepted in 1970,

the history of the movement would have been vastly different. With

representational government, the child abuse scandals, drug deals,

homosexuality, rampant embezzlement, cruelty to women and children and the

elderly, megalomaniac GBC and other Iskcon leadership would never have occurred

in the first place, and if occurring, on a small scale and managed quickly and

effectively in the mood of Chanakya who says that "a little fire, a little

disease and a little debt must be addressed immediately"; such crimes would

have been "nipped in the bud" rather than covered up for years.8. Our role

model, the Catholic Church has shown Iskcon the way to create a "authority

down" structure,and a culture of "covering up" crimes for the "good of the

church". The first eleven gurus were primarily former Catholics who had

attended parochial schools. They instinctively saw themselves as ascending to

the role of "Cardinal" and then "Pope" to replace Srila Prabhupada. That is why

they rejected the Direction of Management. The DOM is a far more volatile

document for Vatican styled management than Martin Luther points that he nailed

to the door of the Cathedral igniting the Protestant movement.9. The despair and

poverty that you have seen in Mexico would never have taken place had the DOM

not been rejected by the so called leaders of Iskcon. The only reason to reject

good members would be to consolidate tyranical power in the hands of the

illegitimate few.10. You find the topic of poisoning Prabhupada "disgusting"

.......and I find the "deed" of poisoning Srila Prabhupada
