I had initially put together this piece for a talk to some students since I

believe that the Indian education system does not adequately teach them how to

face life. Later on I realized that these learning’s are universal so

decided to share it. If you like to share your learning’s mail me and I

will add it to the next update.

 

Very Important

The moment you define yourself you confine yourself. Definitions by their very

nature have an imprisoning effect; they block your creativity and potential.

Develop power of Concentration – improves self-control too. Your degree is

a passport to a Job. Thereafter, it is your personality that determines your

success or failure.

Country

Rights vs. Dharma – our approach should be what is it that I can do for

you rather than what is it that you can do for me. Know your country, its

culture & traditions. Travel throughout India.

Key Success Factors - Success is happiness, achievement, Impact & Legacy.

Humility meaning you do not believe you know it all, always learning. Do not be

attached to the fruits of your action meaning Do your best, then do not expect,

let the future decide for you. The more we share the more grow – keep on

sharing what Ishwar has blessed you with. Try and increase the number of people

you Impact by your words and deeds. A good example is the Iron man of India,

Sardar Patel. He made the 562 Princely States unite with British India and thus

created modern day India. Can we ever forget this? Or how many poor children do

you financially support? Can the number keep on increasing as you prosper?

Friends

Have atleast three friends. A friend is one with whom you can let your guard

down without being apprehensive of being judged.

General Life

Experience, reflect, and think using Intellect and Act. Intellect is the ability

to distinguish between what is right and wrong. Be a good listener - Have an

Open Mind. Do not be fatalistic but our karmas; actions both past & present,

will determine the future. Yeah jivan saab Samah ka khel hai. Time is of

paramount importance meaning keep on trying, things will happen when the time

is right. Question entrenched system but because it is old do not disagree with

Personal

Look after your body and nurture yourself. Be Assertive not aggressive. Try and
