Respectfully, I submit in this regard that R.Thapar didn't 'invent'

this 'theory'. Its a known fact that is verified by British records.

blaming the british does not imply blaming the 'white man.' Its

about the british policy that was used globally, whether in the

americas, africa or asia. so RSS chief Sudarshan is just clarifying

his view on a very well known fact.

I find it paradoxical that when one studies the history of the

world, no one denies the methods employed by the british to expand

and maintain their empire in africa, china or america. yet suddenly

we get to india and we are expected to believe different policies

were used. in fact India was the 'crown jewel' in the empire. logic

and the historical record will show that the greatest efforts, both

fair and foul, were used by the british to hang on to their prize of

India.

the fact that the british were white is irrelevant and pointing out

injustice is not a form of racism. History also shows that without

traitors within the native communities, the British would never have

succeeeded in thier efforts. It was the unified efforts of

likeminded oppurtunists found within every race and etnicity that

needs to be recognized as the root of many historical injustices. on

the positive side it is the unified effort of the selfless and

dedicated people that can be found within every race that can bring

hope to the world.
