Jayendra Saraswati's arrest may well prove a good thing.

Hindu’s religious leaders have been buffered by the rising tide of

religious, economic and political hostilities towards Hindu's and the leading

religious leaders for their part have been mute in their response to this purge

and prosecution of their religious kin. This latest episode by Tamilnadu's gov't

has changed this mutual cooperation between India's political forces set against

Hindu's and the Hindu leaders. They have finally targeted the most powerful, did

so publicly and found the most humiliating manner possible to go after the

Acariya. Hopefully, this will be the wake up call the India's top religious

leadership to lead their kin for the social, economic and political justice

that has been stolen from their brethren.
