Dear Bharatiya Hindus

Namaste,

As an American and a life-long aspiring Vaishnava-Hindu, it is heart-

breaking to hear that the US govt is so deeply involved in the war

against the Hindus. I am not in a position to defend America on

these charges. All I can say is that I will continue to do my part

here in America to promote and highlight the glorious and dynamic

Hindu/Vedic civilization. I see Hindu civilization and its ethos as

the only viable solution to restore the natural balance in the

world. I dont mean that everyone must become practicing Hindus. Yet,

because the everyday practices of the Hindus are organic and natural

symptoms of a society in harmony with its environment, I pray that

this wisdom will continue to infiltrate the bastions of greed and

chaos that has enveloped the world.

Three silver linings to consider regarding the illegal asault

against Sri Sri Jayendra Saraswati..

1)The loss of Buddhi has caused the opposition to act in such a way

that their eventual destruction has now been assured.

2)This unlawful act is a sign of desperation that is symptomatic of

the fear on the part of the anti-hindu forces. Hindu values and

culture are rapidly spreading around the world and if the Hindus can

truly become politically empowered, they can fulfill their role as

the leaders of the ongoing global cultural renaisance.

3)This act is a WAKE-UP CALL to all the fence-sitters who can now

see the obvious...that DHARMA is under attack.Hopefully activism

will become our daily diet rather than a hobby.

So as an American I hope that it is truly not policy of our current

government. I can also affirm that most Americans are innocent but

are also ignorant, they however would never support these efforts.

In several messages I have tried to promote an optimistic view of

America, that has been proven by the millions of Americans that have

adopted spiritual practices.(It is also worthy of discussion as to

whether these anti-hindu activities were done by the US State Dept

before and during Colin Powell's watch, a known anti-India figure,

or the Executive branch under G.W.Bush. I do not know and would like

to hear anyone's views on this.)

I am not in denial about the agressive conversion efforts of some

Americans, and for that, I as an American offer my heartfelt

apologies.Three times within the past 2 years I have been

priviledged to do my part in combatting these attacks against your

civilization. In visits to Assam,Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh I

was able to offer some hope to those people who have maintained

their connections to their anscestral traditons. I pray that Mother

India will continue to bless me and allow me to do my part to defend

Dharma. OM TAT SAT
