2004 5:32 PMRe: POLITICAL VOICE FOR HINDUSI had spoken to Shri Ram

Madhav very clearly when I met him recently. I am not going to repeat them

here. I have something else to say. I respect RSS. But soon I am going to loose

that if I do not find them rise to the occasion. I do not see any reason why a

common Hindu should vote for BJP. Almost eight months before the elections were

held, when Asatya Anyaay roopi Adharm ke viruddh Utho

Arjun was published, I had told one RSS person clearly that BJP would not come

to power this time; instead there will be a Trishanku government in the Center.

To my mind it has been very clear, ever since I started looking into Bhaaratiya

political scenario two years ago, that Hindu had no reason whatsoever as to why

he/she should vote for BJP. Reason: No one in BJP had stuck his/her neck for

Hindu. I had also told some of these things very clearly to Shri Raghuvir

Mategaonkar of RSS when he met me some time ago. I know that some people will

not like it - and that is the reason I do not want to get into any organization

- and that is, RSS top brass ought to have known long ago - if they had the eyes

to see - that they had been betting on the wrong horse. It is not too late yet,

but it will be if the inaction persists. Boiling inside does not help, it has

to reveal itself in form of definitive action, and consistent action. Matured

age and accumulated wisdom are good things

but there comes a time, when you need a warrior in the supreme leadership. No

one, repeat no one, is going to fight your battle. If you do not have the right

person to lead you in political arena, pick up the one you have at hand. I know

nothing about Uma Bhaarati except whatever rubbish I look at in English

dailies. But that is sufficient for me to put my immediate support to her. Two

things have happened right now. Uma Bhaarati has kicked BJP away, and Kaanchi

Shankaraachaarya has been humiliated in a manner not befitting to the seat he

occupies. There is a saying: strike when the iron is hot. Get Uma Bhaarati, get

Praveen Togadiya, get the warrior leaders and ask them to take the reins.

Remember, Hindu cannot, repeat cannot, fight the political game the way

Christians and Secularists fight. And therefore, they must not imitate them in

their behavioral patterns. It is good for RSS to keep low profile and

restricted speech but that won't work. Hindu is frank and fearless.

Hindu is not manipulative. So, if you must fight for Hindu, you must fight in

the manner Hindu would fight. And, that will be like Uma Bhaarati and Praveen

Togadiya. I know nothing about these two persons except the coverage I see in

English media, and I base my judgment on that. I don't care if my bet is right,

what I care is that time is not going to come back in the same manner if we keep

thinking about the right action. They have shown how deep is their reach. This

time it is Kaanchi Shankaraachaarya. Next time, who? Their morale will keep

building as they do not find the storm coming their way. So, RSS time tested

(or whatever) methodology won't work here. You need to generate storm.

Regretfully, I do not think RSS top brass is capable of creating that storm.

Does it matter, if that statement makes me dislikable by RSS devotees? And, one

last thing. Do not bring in those BJP rotten ones in new political Hindu Party -

never! Don't think their experience and their

pull will help the new party. No, they will make the others rotten by their

association. Bad company can be disastrous, and Hindus should know it better

after bad company of Muslims and Christians. Yet another thing. In the new

party don't get Muslims the way BJP, RSS, and Shiv Sena do. If a Muslim wants

to come in, he/she must convert first. It is the litmus test. It is not towing

the way Muslims and Christians do. It is not to raise Hindu numbers or expand

Hinduism. It is the test of loyalty towards Hinduism. And, don't ever take

pride like BJP always does, Shiv Sena some time ago did, and RSS does not

publicly but one-to-one basis does - saying that Muslims come to our Shaakha,

or Muslims public figures decorate BJP's secular stand - do not take pride in

such self-deceptive nobilities. As for Uma Bhaarati, Praveen Togadiya, P

Deivamuthu, and the like - I have only one test. Do they have the capability to

speak out from their heart? If they do - trust them to fight

for Hindus. - HINDU VOICE Maanoj Rakhit Cc:

November 13, 2004 2:59 PMPOLITICAL VOICE FOR HINDUSDear Ram Madhav

Ji,Events over the past few days have shaken every Hindu. Hindus are being

cornered from all corners by Missionaries-Marxists-Mecaulayists-Mullahs. Those

whom we trusted have betrayed us. Hindus are at a crossroad, confused. They do

not know where to go. This happens inspite of Hindu Organisations like RSS and

VHP. RSS cannot shy away from guiding them. Otherwise it will be a great

disservice to Hindutva.HINDU VOICE has been

campaigning for a new Hindu Political Party. In today's political set up, a

politician is freightened only when his chair is threatened. Hindus must have a

political voice, to do so. Making press statements and organising protests are

OK. Presuming that we have the support of 80% of Hindus for our cause, what do

we do with that, in a democratic set up? Keeping quiet will confuse the Hindus

at the time of voting, and the good work done by us will not be reflected in

electoral gains. This is exactly what is happening today.A few years back, we

had organised a local VHP meeting at a Seva Basti, to announce the opening of a

Bal Sanskar Vargh and a Deep Pooja programme. As a matter of courtesy, we

invited the local Nagarsevak, a BJP man and a former Swayamsevak. Holding the

mike, to our utter shock, he started speaking that "in this area Hindus,

Muslims and Christians are living amicably, and there is no need for VHP

activities here". We had to snatch the mike from him and ask

him to get out. After a few months, in another District Level meeting of VHP,

the same Nagarsevak praised VHP and Bajrang Dal and said that their activities

should reach every nook and corner of the country! Please note, today he is a

MLA. Just see their double-talks. I think this is what Vajpayee and Advani do,

when they meet you (RSS). Why should RSS request them to come back to Hindutva,

when they are not interested at all. Even if they do, who will trust them? When

Ashok Singhal Ji and Dr. Praveenbhai do not want to see eye-to-eye with V&A,

why should RSS coax them (V&A). BJP does not want to pursue Hindutva - VHP

wants a new party - RSS wants to wait and watch : What is the message we send

to Hindus. I am a Swayamsevak. Do you want me to vote for that Nagarsevak? What

do I do with my vote? What is the alternative before me? Has the RSS provided me

an alternative - a Political Voice for Hindus? My appeal to RSS is that the

Sangh should float a Political Party. It

may be headed by Dr. Praveenbhai or Uma Ji or Modi Ji or any one of that

calibre. The new party will work under the guidance of RSS and the Sangh writ

will run. (Once a new party is floated by RSS, the entire BJP leadership will

surrender before the Sangh, because they know without Sangh, BJP will be an

empty shell - that is another matter). The new party may not win a single MLA

or MP seat, but it should make enough noise to make the fourMs uncomfortable,

in the process awakening Hindus.I think RSS should not shy away from this

responsibility. Please come forward and guide the Hindus politically. Please

form a new party for the political voice of Hindus. This can be done only by

RSS. This is not 1952, when the Jan Sangh was to be started from the scratch.

We have a ready cadre of Swayamsevaks, Bajrangis and seva centres. Therefore,

the task is not very difficult. It needs only your (RSS) blessings. The above

appeal is not my personal one. It is the collective

feelings of many Hindus whom I come in touch with, as a Swayamsevak, a VHP

activist and the Editor of Hindu Voice. With kind regardsP. DeivamuthuEditor,
