>Preamble

> Ideological development is a product of application of intellectual

>to strong background in the humanities (history, political science,

>spirituality, culture, archaeology). The products of development process

>ideological elements or intellectual building blocks that are relevant to

>state of the society. The ideological elements are then applied to

>real-life

>challenges that the humanity faces to produce an ideological framework with

>perimeter including a strategic vision and direction for the society at

>theoretical framework developed by the ideologists (or ideologues) is

> Project presentations are invited from field activists that address the

> Presentations are also invited from activists who can lend their expertise

>human resources and fiscal affairs to recruit more volunteers and raise

>PAPERS

>Submission Format: Papers submitted must on the same wavelength as the

>aforementioned preamble. The conference organizers reserve the right to

>reject any submission. Therefore it is advisable to submit a brief

>synposis in advance, or discuss with conference organizers verbally. The

>submitted paper must be author(s) original work and must not have been

>published elsewhere. The authors will retain the intellectual property

>rights on their work, and may submit for publication elsewhere, but only

>after September 19th, 2004 (upon adjournment of the Conference). Joint
