Fourth and last Children’s Personality Development Camp

 

Yoga-Meditation camp for the citizens of Gandhidham and the fourth and the last

children’s Personality Development Camp will be conducted from 27th May to 2nd

June.

 

Both these camps will be conducted by Dr. Ishwar Bhardwajji ( Head of the

Department - Yogic Sciences - Gurukul Kangri University Haridwar).

 

YOG-MEDITATION CAMP: Today’s modern day life is full of stress & tension. The

fast pace of the life leaves little room for refreshing the Mind & Body. Yog &

Meditation help us greatly in facing these problems and refresh the mind &

body. While Meditation recharges the brain Yog helps us in keeping our body fit

for the fast pace of the modern life. Keeping the above in mind we organize

Yog-Meditation camps every year in January and from this year onwards we will

be organizing a summer special camp as well.

CHILDREN’S PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT CAMP: During the summer vacations the

children are free and as they have nothing constructive to do or no way of

spending their time they end dissipating their time in vain.

 

In the present day competitive education syllabus the child is left with no time

for these types of extra-curricular activities and therefore we have organized

these camps during the summer holidays so that many children can benefit from

them. All children between the ages of 10-18years can participate in these

camps. This is the last camp in a series of four camps and we feel proud in

informing you that the first three camps were successful and the children gave

a good response to them.

 

In these camps the children will be taught various things like;

 

J Self Presentation,

J Good manners,

J How to avoid addiction,

J Yoga & Meditation for Physical and Mental development,

J Sanskrit,

J Stress Management,

J Development of Public Speaking Skills,

J Patriotism,

J How to increase memory power,

 

Experts from various fields will teach and imbibe these virtues in the children.
