Hyderabad, Feb. 29: Kanchi seer, Jayendra Saraswati on Monday let

out the secret of scoring good marks in examinations. Deliberating

to students appearing for SSC examinations in March, he said three

slokas can help them during the examination.

 

The seer spent 45 minutes in the Upadesa programme organised by the

Endowments Department at the Lalitha Kala Thoranama on Sunday. He

asked the children to chant along with him all the three

slokas. "You must regularly pray

to Saraswati, Dakshin-amurthy and Vishnu before you start studying.

Your memory would improve and concentration level would also be

high," he said.

 

Lalitha Kala Thoranam was packed to the brim, with students, parents

and disciples who listened to the Seer attentively.The Seer gave

simple pointers to students like waking up early and studying rather

than the staying up late at night."Wake up at five, pray to God and

then head for school to write the exam. You will definitely come out

with flying colours in the exams," he said.

 

He asked the children to practice the slokas on a daily basis to

achieve good results. His parting shot was," I have come here for

you only. I am going back to Chennai now. I will pray for your

success in the forthcoming exams," he said."I felt happy listening

to him. I will definitely practice the slokas but he should have

been with us for a longer period of time," said Rukmini Sharma, a

student of Gayathri Vidya Niketan in Neredmet.

 

In the end of the program-me, students, parents and his disciples

thronged the Lalitha Kala Thoranam stage to tou-ch his feet and get

his blessings. Some students requested the Seer to touch the pen

with which they planned to write their exams.
