EATING: An Obstacle to Our Personal and Global Development' by Dr Harish

Chandra.This 113 page book includes the

spiritual,ethical,environmental,health & humanitarian benefits of a

vegetarian lifestyle.

 

Dr Chandra is a combustion scientist by profession but does

workshops/lectures/talks/discussions mainly on Yoga and Meditation on a full

time basis.He is just concluding another tour of North America and

Netherlands.
