Dear Friends,

CTV of Eugene Oregon airs approx 20-30 hrs

a week of Hindu/Vedic and Indian shows.

I have also been on the Board ofs for this station for about

2 yrs. I use the many oppurrtunities,

I have as a board member, to promote

India's Glorious Culture. I have had

very positive responses from the

community at large. Bharat mata Ki Jai!!!

Community Television of Lane County CTV

Big News: Community Television is moving to Channel 22 starting April 1, 2002

Dear Community TV Friends,

Community Television of Lane County is moving from Channel 97 to

Channel 22 effective April 1, 2002. There will be an informational

crawl on Channel 97 during March advising viewers of the upcoming

Channel change.

The moves comes as part of AT&T Broadband's Regional Channel Lineup

project as they upgrade their systems in Lane County and elsewhere.

The general purpose of the channel changes is so that if you want to

watch ABC, for instance, you will find it on the same channel in

whichever city you're in, be it Eugene or Seattle. As they upgrade

areas in Eugene, Springfield and Junction City, CTV will appear on

Channel 29 in the upgraded areas. These upgrades will not start until

June or so. Areas that are not upgraded yet will show CTV on Channel

22 until they are upgraded.

So you can expect to find Community Television on Channel 22 starting

April 1st and until further notice. Please tell your friends so that

they won't miss any of their favorite Community Television programs.

Community Television of Lane County is very happy about this move to

Channel 22 because channel surfers who are not aware that we are on

Channel 97 will find us on the lower-numbered channels that they do

monitor, bringing many new viewers in to the Community Television

family.

If you have any questions about the Channel change, please reply to

this email or call the CTV Studios at 341-4671 during our normal

business hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 pm to 10 pm.

We'll see you on Channel 97 in March and Channel 22 starting in April,
