Mangalasasanams For Rig Veda, Yajurveda and Sama Veda there are people who belong to those respective branches. Now there are none who originally belong to Adharva Veda. So any person who finishes his native Veda, ie., the Vedic branch to which he orginally belongs, can learn Adharva Veda.
