Guest guest
dear Friend Shanracer The whole creation is an imagination of Lord for His entertainment. This can be understood by comparing with the dreaming of human being in conscious state. The very imagination power was given to human beings by Lord to understand this concept. You can modify, remove, produce and destroy anything in your imagination. Human being with very little power is able to imagine a small scene. Whereas Lord, who is of Infinite power can imagine such a huge creation. But the creation is imagination to Lord but reality to human beings. Like anybody in your imagination is imaginary with respect you but real to another in your imagination. This even clearly shows the dreamer (Lord) and anything in the dream (creation) are not one and the same. ----------- The two great scriptures The Bible & The Gita, say that Lord comes in human form, 'God-in-flesh' and 'Manusheem Tanumasritaam...'. Generally theists believe in the past messengers. They accept only the past incarnations. Both Jesus and Krishna told that they come again. But, no weightage is given to these words in their eyes. Infact Lord comes in every generation otherwise He becomes partial by giving His divine experience to only some people. Ofcourse even the past messengers were also not identified by the people present during that time. This is mainly because of jealousy and egoism. This is a continuous process going on and on. If He comes in human form, it will be convincing for atheists also. Now theists say Lord is there but they cannot show. Then how atheists believe? The fundamental problem lies in accepting the present messenger in front of our eyes. Like in the past, messengers keep coming in the present and future also, but always a handful of people only accept at the most. The knowledge required to identify Him is the divine knowledge which is to be learnt. Otherwise the same stalemate continues. The essence of spiritual effort is to identify the Lord in human form in our time and serve Him rest of our life time in His mission without any expectation. Ex: Hanuman, Swami Vivekananda, the disciples of Jesus, the disciples of AdiSankara etc. Service (the highest fruit) is the only means to have a continuous association & pleasing of Lord with us. But there should not be any hurry in identifying the Lord in human form, because it is the most vital one. Otherwise, you service is to a human being only which is not service to Lord. Service should always be associated with Nishkama (no expectation) otherwise it is like a small drop of poison in a pot of milk. at the lotus of shri datta swami surya www.universal-spirituality.org shanracer <no_reply> wrote: Prakki, I agree with you. But if you think carefully, this whole universe is a part of God. So loving god or his creation is the same thing. You cannot love an abstract god if you do not love his visible manifestations...... love, SB Brings words and photos together (easily) with PhotoMail - it's free and works with Mail. Guest guest
God is inside and outside of everything. God is the composition of every. From God all is. We must remember this but also know not to be attached to anything, as all things that are made manifest are imperminent. >From the most beautiful and prosperous being to the lowliest and most despised of creations is the wonderful seed of God. Everywhere is His essence and His power and grace. Only becuase of His great Love is anything. Being in the presence of God is being aware of His everything-ness, no matter how vast. To just be is an awesomeness. When you learn to be then the illusions ( of all kinds) are gone from you. YOu are then at that moment able to knowingly in the presence of God. It does not matter if this experience lasts yugas upon yugas or just for a fraction of a second. To be blessed on a conscious level with the pure, unmuddied, desireless love of the Lord is amazing. The only word I have found that can describe Him is: "Beyond." God is every thing, action, thought, emotion... absolutely everything and situation which has any way of being created (whether or not we could imagine it does not matter) has been created within the almight Lord, but that is the limited part. There is that which is beyond any of the infinite manifestations, maybe some might call it the unmanifest part of God, I truly dont know. A simple explanation is to draw a circle on a piece of paper. Inside the circle draw a small dot. The individual jiva (you) is the dot. Everything manifest is within the circle. That which is contained within the cirlce, the circle, and that which is outside the circle (which can span across the paper to whatever distance possible) is God. The Lord is everything and BEYOND. The jiva and body may live their own life, but that which truly is always knows. The Lord is made manifest in every generation. There is never a time when manifestation is made without it being from the Lord.
