You rarely meet one whose is well developed...... So are people not equally responsible/equally punished for their Karma? For people who dont know, Vivek is moral intelligence, that voice in our head that guides us towards truth. In its purest form, it becomes Pragya. Ritambara Pragya is the highest and purest form-the Pragya of God.
