Fpyk news letter December 2005

A yogi is a person who practices yoga where ever he is and not

merely in the yogashala.

December means the month of celebration; the celebration of

Christmas followed by the New Year. Every one of us should celebrate

Christmas to remember one of the great visionaries of the world who

sacrificed His life for the sake of humanity. We must offer our

respect to Him. Christmas celebration should be on a spiritual scale

where we must pray offering our good wishes to ever one of the world.

Christmas means party to many. That is their idea of celebration.

Let the parties be sattvic in nature. Let there not be wild and

demonic activities, in the name of Christmas party. Let there be

love and affection as well as concern to every fellow beings in all

your activities.

---- FPYK and Mill Sivaramaiah Foundation and their members wish you

merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year.

What the students of Master ji say:-

Pranayama DVD is very nice. I want to buy it as a souvenir.

If we practice asana and pranayma during a particular hour of the

day, regularly, we enjoy the practice. We feel tired if we practice

at different hours, every day and sometimes, do not enjoy the

practice.

--- Eva Han,

Holland

When I came here, leaving my son I doubted whether I would complete

the three months teacher training. I wanted to leave immediately and

go back. I completed three months here in Master ji's class. I am

yet to leave Bangalore to my city but am already planning to come

back, as soon as I can.

------Karen Rennie,

Scotland
