Question on group

I want to known who owns the group?

Berut ka babji told to ask you when I asked him the question

-

I received this query in my email.

This group was started more than 6-7 yrs ago, by silentsoul_55 with a

few others who helped him. I joined the team about 6 yrs ago, and

have remained as the principle moderator. Silentsoulji has been in

and out of direct participation due to his work schedules. We have

had many other sadhaks who have helped with the moderation over the

years.

Posts in our satsangh is NOT moderated for its content. To conserve

space, it is edited to remove original posts from replies, long posts

are occasionally reduced with citation of source. The only thing that

is moderated is abusive posts from which we have brutally suffered

several times. We have left a few of those for records but most of

those are removed out of respect for those who are being abused.

Currently all posts are "moderated".

For more infomation regarding the group, I refer you to our welcome

message, a section of which I am posting here. Please take the time

to read up the referred posts below which gives more information

about the mission of the group.

-----------------------------

Dear Member,

Welcome to our satsangh. Do spend some time with us regularly and

share your journey. Following are some guidelines which may make your

participation a little easier.

(I) Our groups mission is to discuss different spiritual paths

(Saadhnaa) in our Satsangh (good company) of love and mutual respect.

Let us share some of our road maps, our obstacles, and our triumphs,

and allow us to learn from the fruits of each others' journey.

Debates, discussions, thoughts, questions, and patience; all are

welcome. Our membership is made up of beginners to advanced yogis,

and several threads of conversation can continue at the same time, if

so desired. So do jump in with a query, a discussion point, or simply

a thought for the day. No telling what words will touch a chord with

someone and will benefit from the few minutes you spend with us today.

(II) When replying to a post PLEASE DELETE the original post, except

pertinent or a reference, since the entire original post is

accessible by clicking on the "Up-thread" button. This saves limited

and precious archiving space. gives us limited amount of space

and we have to either delete posts ourselves or they will delete for

us when we reach our limit. Feel free to add LINKS to useful web

sites and PHOTOS in the appropriate sections in the group's web site.

Advertisements are discouraged unless it is by our active

participants. Those with active websites/groups are invited to

participate in current discussions with us. Information and

announcements are welcomed, and will be removed after the event it

over. We encourage members to share their journey and always feel

free to raise new topics for discussion.

Please read posts

for more information.

--------------------------

Please take the time to read up the referred messages. Currently

beirut_ka_baba and a few others assist me in making sure the

posts are okayed when I am not available. Silentsoulji website is

still on our home page.

Please feel free to send in any of your enquiries to me and I will

certainly respond as soon as possible.
