Guest guest
Faith, fortune and luck There are three things; faith, fortune and luck. One who is fortunate collects happiness from everywhere and remains happy. Not only that but wherever they put their feet, they make others happy. There are some who have everything but it's as if it's not in their fortune to be happy. They seem to have problem after problem. Those who are lucky cannot remain without creating their luck. They do everything in such a way that they just keep multiplying their fortune and their fortune keeps opening up. One who is a bestower does not have reasons; they only have solutions. Reasons finish in front of them. They appear as the children of the Innocent Lord. They never try to prove themselves or show their stubbornness. They don't say 'I am right, you are wrong'. Their star of fortune constantly shines and sparkles. One who becomes a bestower is one who fulfills God's hopes. Actually, they always keep in their mind that they want to fulfill God's hopes. By thinking in this way they become stars of success. They don't doubt if they are going to be successful or not because they believe that this is God's task and that everyone will co-operate accordingly. In this way they become sparkling stars in the world. They constantly say 'God, God' and thus the name and trace of 'I and mine' does not touch even their thoughts. Dadi has seen people on the path of bhakti (Devotion) who are great bestowers and who also have great humility. When you do service, whatever it may be, lokik (personal)or alokik (spiritual), consider it as yagya (The fire for offering) service. This is what is means to sacrifice in the yagya. Surrender is not placing myself in a certain position but more having the consciousness that I am playing my part with God. Don't keep any desires in your mind or it will not be a pure offering. By serving in this way, you will feel that all the desires of your mind are fulfilled automatically. It is then as if there are no desires but there are many, many attainments. One who has a lot of attainment in their life will feel to keep on giving. They will not need to say what they are doing but they just keep on giving. This stems from the feeling that everyone should become as prosperous as them; everyone should become full. What is the face of a bestower like? From their face others will feel that nothing is lacking. From their face everyone will feel that this one has everything. They just keep on giving, and the result of that? They will never need to beg for anything. We need to be able to look, as observers, at our own selves, as we are now, in a very real way. To do this effectively, keep your original form in front of you and then see yourself as you are now. In fact, in the past the soul was in its ugly form, now it is in its 'good' form and in the future it will be in its beautiful double light form. I need to keep the attention not to keep anything that is not worthy of me within myself. I should not keep anything that will not maintain my honour. For Dadi, the Murli (God’s Words) is like a mirror. When she reads the Murli she understands what is not right to keep. A gathering of God’s Children is also like a mirror; we can see clearly what is lacking in ourselves when we are in the gathering. Otherwise, when we live on our own we may feel 'I am very good. I have good service, good dharna(practice). When we come into the gathering we see what we need to remove and what we need to develop. Just look at a picture of Perfect God’s Child; he has such spiritual beauty and attraction. Note the difference between your expression and his. That difference now has to be removed.
