Hello group,

I just read the book Davinci's Code which has been much discussed and

debated. Some claim that the content is only a novel whereas others

believe that Dan Brown reveals many secrets in his book about the

true

nature of the Holy Grail and the life of Jesus.

Has anyone read the book and how would you compare it to the indian

mysticism? For the ones who havent read it I will summarise the most

important things claimed in that novel:

- Jesus was married to Mary-Magdalena who was daughter of a king. The

church later hid and destroed many of the original scriptures and

historic proof that talked about the real life of Jesus. A roman

emperor made a vote so that Jesus will become God in the dogmas of

the

church. Jesus had a Child!

- The ancient teaching of Jesus were preaching the divinity of the

holy godess, the divine feminine element just like in Tantra!

Although

Dan Brown doesnt mention Tantra in his book, its quite obvious that

the principles are the same.

There are much more exciting and funny things in the book like the

symbolism of the male and female energy. Its exactly the same as the

symbolisms followed while constructing and worshiping the yantras.

Something which Robert Svoboda describes in his books, now comes Dan

Brown to place it in a story.

Whether the book is true or not I have enjoyed it and want to know if

anyone else has enjoyed it too.

Sincerely

Agni Devi
