The prophetic words of patriot saint of modern India,

Swami Vivekananda in which he visualizes the greatness

and glory of our motherland.

 

 

The longest might seems to be passing away,the sorest

trouble seems to be coming to an end at last, the

seeming corpse appears to be awakening and a voice is

coming to up - away back where history and even

tradition fails to peep into the gloom of the

past,coming down from there, reflected as it were from

peak to peak of the infinite Himalayas of Knowledge,

and of love, and of work, INDIA, this motherland of

ours - a voice is coming unto us, gentle, but firm,

and yet unmistakable in its utterances, and is gaining

volume as days pass by, and behold, the sleeper is

awakening! Like a breeze from the Himalayas, it is

bringing life into the almost dead comes and muscles,

the lethargy is passing away, and only the blind

cannot see, or the perverted will not see, that she is

awakening, this motherland of ours, from her deep long

sleep. None can resist her any more; never is she

going to sleep any more; no outward powers can hold

her back any more for the infinite giant is rising to

her feet. -SWAMI VIVEKANANDA

responsibility you have to play in building your

country if She is to rise to the glorious heights that

Swami Vivekananda has mentioned.Understand that if

India has to rise, then every Indian and even you have

to stand up,be bold, courageous and work unselfishly

for mother India without the feeling of any ulterior

selfish motive,envy or jealousy.No humbug work. No

need for praise, only work for our Ma, our Mother

India. No need to stop if someone criticises,Good work

will have the highest criticsm and friction from

others. But work on for your Mother India. Only then

will our sacred Motherland, the land of religion and

spirituality, the eternal home of peace and harmony,

the cradle of historys major civilization will rise

above all other nations and all other nations will

look like dwarfs to our Himalayan Knowledge of

love,harmony,peace and of course our main weapon of

spirituality.
