Guest guest
The gist of the Universe is that there is only one consciousness which is unique, pure and omnipresent and omnipotent. There is nothing else. Its desire which is called Shakti, separates from It and manifests the universe. Remember this separation is not real but apparent. Now shakti continues manifesting the Tamoguna and finally comes down to the level of Matter. Now the consciousness reflects itself in the matter and the matter starts reacting to its environments. Consciousness first evolves Prana from the matter, then Mind which develops into intelligence, Viveka, Pragya and finally Ritambhara Pragya. Here point to remember is that it is not consciousness which develops but the Matter which is developing. The Shiva remains as it is from the beginning only throwing His light on to the matter and causing it develop. This phenomenon has no beginning and no end……becoz the Ananada of the Shiva is in creation, and his paramour (his will power) works as Shakti to manifest and continue ananda of shiva/Krishna/Brahm. Now on the ground level…we have to understand first what we are. The feeling of "I" in us is either linked with this body (the lowest stage) or with the Mind or with the soul. We have to determine first that we are not this body, not this mind but we are the one who is a silent spectator of this phenomenon. The moment we start thinking in these terms, the Tantra of the Universe starts helping us…but its help not necessarily comes in form of prizes, always. Sometimes it helps while punishing, or while giving pains and suffering. So the true surrender would not only a surrender in pains but in happiness too. We should not ask for pains even though, as how much pain is necessary for our development will automatically come. We have to only think that I am a son of Shiva who is developing me into perfect being, his own reflection. I have no separate ego, no separate entitity, no separate body…what looks like separate is the handiwork of the apparent ego which is connected to this body and mind. So when one starts thinking like this…and performs all action on the basis of this Truth, one becomes a Sadhaka. And remember a true sadhaka is not the one who has renounced the world or he has control over desires or sex, or the one who is torturing his body in the name of religion, or the one who loves none…..on the contrary a true sadhaka enjoys everything presented to him by Shiva. He loves all….his love does not depend on returns. He is happy to give…he is happy to serve. His love is not bound by family, blood, coutry, caste or creed. And this change does not come overnight. The more we do meditation, the more we move towards this goal. So a good sadhaka will first become a good human being. He will be a good brother, a good son, a good friend, a good citizen. Removal of Hatered and ungratefulness are the best indicators of a sadhaka. A beginner sadhaka may have many other bad habits, which still have to leave him, but the first vices leaving him would be hatered and ungratefulness which are slowly replaced by compassion, which turns into affection, affection turning into love and love into pure ecstasy. So do the duty what nature has given to you. If Mother wants you to work hard…do it. If mother wants you to be angry …be angry (but with compassion in heart…like a mom is angry with her son)….. This Sahaj Yoga is master of all yogas…and though its speed may be slow…but the progress is definite and solid. And if you can add some Kriyas with it…which I have taught you, it will be a suprfast train. Wait for no miracles…wait for no prizes…wait for no concessions from the Nature…..Accept what ever is coming to you with love and surrender..
