Guest guest
The simple answer is that there is no connection between the age and the spirituality. The spirituality is the accumulated result of our Sadhana performed in our past lives but it unfolds in our present life according to our Prarabdha. It may unfold at an early age as in the case of Paramahamsa Yogananda and many other great personalities or at some other stage in life according to one's Prarabdha. But one thing is sure that any Sadhana done in this life, it never goes waste. One gets the chance to make further spiritual progress in the next life, having been provided suitable circumstances by the providence for this purpose. Lord Krishna makes it amply clear in the Gita in an answer to an Arjuna's question.
