An Ode To God <br><br>Thou Almighty Power that as

our soul<br>And as the cosmos playest every role,

<br><br>Dost each and every action that is done<br>By cosmic

multitudes and every one <br><br>Of us, out of compassion

and Thy Grace,<br>Grant us protection and the

strength to face <br><br>The battle of life which thou has

decreed<br>With truth and honesty in thought and deed …

<br><br>Let every one of us donate his mite<br>To serve the

race, to uplift it and unite;<br>Until the august

Purpose Thou hast willed<br>Of its existence nobly is

fulfilled;<br>And wisdom now prevails to save from Wrath<br>Our

inadvertent straying from the Path,<br>In ignorance of Thy

inviolate Law<br>Thou hast ordained to Thee mankind to

draw<br>May peace descend into all troubled hearts<br>And

Right guide the performance of our

parts;<br><br><br>May nature act and heavenly bodies shine<br>To be

auspicious to us and benign. <br><br>In Thy unbounded

territory O God,<br>Let us Thy creatures, clinging to this

clod <br><br>Of earth, one out of countless earths in

space,<br>Unaware of Thy might, out of Thy grace,<br>Be saved from

harm in elemental strife<br>In which Thy Grace alone

now saves our life.<br>Give us our daily bread,

destroy our pride,<br>So that we all in peace and joy

abide,<br>Let hearts unite to share in want and grief,<br>To

help the poor, to ailing bring relief,<br>Quench fires

of hate and quell the blight of dearth<br>To install

a golden era on the earth! <br><br>Soul Talk
